Held in Oklahoma City

Voted to have four Bishops - each to serve over an assigned District

Elected Bishops:

J. A. Synan
Hubert T. Spence.

Each Bishop to serve an assigned District.

Other General Officials:

Asst. (Jr.) Bishop: T. A. Melton
Gen. Sec. Oscar Moore
Gen. Treas. P. F. Beacham

General Board of Administration established. Made up of the Officials of General Conference (four Bishops, Asst. Bishop, General Secretary, General Treasurer), members of Board of Education, Board of Publications, Board of Foreign Missions, Board of Home Missions and Orphanage Board. The General Officials constitute General Executive Board of the GBA.

PHC had grown to 24,509 members, 745 churches and 114,726 in Sunday School Attendance including Foreign Missions Sunday Schools

Women's Auxiliary Organized.

First Board of Publications elected with a full time Editor in Chief of the Advocate.

First PH Youth Society Convention separate from the General Conference. General PHYS Board elected four Regional Presidents in the U. S. and two in Canada. Virgil Gaither was elected as full time General PHYS President. Salary $175 mo. plus 4 cents per mile for travel. Salary to come from offerings, to be supplemented from the general fund.

Sunday School Association became a General Organization to function under the direction of GBA.

1945: Pacific Coast Bible Institute opened in Chilliwack, B. C. sponsored by the British Columbia Conference. Endorsed by the General Church

1946: Southwestern P. H. Bible College opened in Oklahoma City.

Committee on Foreign Missions recommends a minimum budget of $75,000 annually for Foreign Missions.
