General Board number of members increased.

Committee on Finance submitted suggestion that a general fund be created, secured by freewill offerings to provide a pension for superannuated ministers.

Clause added to minutes: “All our members are forbidden to wear any outward adorning, such as jewelry, artificial flowers, feathers, costly apparel, or needless ornamentation”.

Office of Archivist of the Church created. G.F. Taylor, appointed as director.

Education: Franklin Springs Institute (established since the last General Conference) be recognized and promoted as an Institution of the church. Other schools recognized: The Falcon Holiness School, Falcon, N.C., The Holmes Bible and Missionary Institute, Greenville, S. C. Each Annual Conference was encouraged to establish an education fund for student aid forworthy students of their conference preparing for Christian work in any school recognized by the PHC.
