Held in Roanoke, VA

Title of General Supt. changed to Bishop. First time in the history of the church - elected two General Supts (Bishops) and one Asst. (rather than 1 Gen. Supt. and 2 Asst.).

“Evangelist General” elected to direct Home Missions. “Conference Evangelist elected in each annual conference. Evangelistic Society established in most local churches.
